Processing Time: Each order typically requires 15-20 business days for production before it is ready for shipment.

Packaging & Shipping: Once your garment is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your provided shipping address.

Shipping Costs: Ship anywhere in India at no extra cost, domestic shipping is free.

International Orders: A standard shipping charge of INR 2,000 is applicable on all International orders.

Tracking: Once your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

Accuracy of Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery delays or issues.

Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, courier issues, or customs delays) may affect delivery schedules.

Returns & Exchanges
At JAYN, every garment is made-to-order and crafted exclusively for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns for a refund. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we do offer exchanges in the following cases:

The garment must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process to ensure you receive the correct size or a replacement for defective items.

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind or customization-related reasons.

Exchanges are approved at the discretion of JAYN’s quality team.

Please note that we do not guarantee any exchanges, returns, or replacements, but we may offer to repair the faulty item, if possible.
Sale items cannot be refunded, not applicable to damaged products as well
Taxes and Duties
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
